About this course
Given the maturity level of UX in most companies, it is no longer sufficient for designers to focus solely on user needs. To add value to the organization and have a greater impact on the business, it is necessary to broaden the perspective and develop product and business competencies.
The goal of this course is to develop a broader design mindset – one that is more suitable for the current challenges of the UX role.
To achieve this, designers need to acquire 6 key skills:
- Product thinking: develop a product vision
- Business thinking: acquire business skills related to your role
- Data thinking: to incorporate metrics into the design process
- Product Design: designing with a product-focused approach
- Add value through design
- Articulate design with the rest of the organization
These skills will enable designers to meet the current expectations of organizations and progress steadily on their path to becoming Product Designers.

- UX/UI Designers
- Design team leaders
