The Full Loop Analytics framework is a new metrics model that measures the performance of a product by integrating metrics from product, business, and user perspectives into a single dashboard.

This model moves organizations away from a fragmented view and towards a holistic perspective. In other words, it enables measuring outcomes, not just outputs.

We will finish the workshop with a hand-on exercise to apply the framework.
