Minicanvas
Sol Mesz2019-05-28T15:25:44-03:00The minicanvas is an adaptation from Ash Maurya's Lean Canvas. I made 2 key changes to the original: I only kept the key product areas: problem, segments, solution, unique value proposition I rearranged and renamed some of the areas to better help users of the canvas enter the information they need to validate their product. Why I made this version? Because while working with product managers, business stakeholders and entrepreneurs I found that they had difficulty entering the information they needed in order to validate product hypothesis.
